We offer our online counselling services nationwide.

After your initial appointment, you will be referred to a suitable therapist for weekly 50 minute appointments. The therapist will work with you to build a strong therapeutic relationship so they can support and guide you in addressing the difficulties you are experiencing in your life.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by phone or email.

Do you have a Waiting List? 

Depending on the demands on the service, waiting times can be as short as a few days or as long as several weeks.

We endeavour to prioritise those most in need so if you require an urgent appointment, please let us know when you contact the service.

What happens at the Counselling/Psychotherapy appointment?

After your initial appointment, you will be referred to a suitable therapist for weekly 50 minute appointments. The therapist will work with you to build a strong therapeutic relationship so they can support and guide you in addressing the difficulties you are experiencing in your life.

Do I need a referral to attend Let’s Get Talking?

No, you can contact us directly to self-refer to our service. If you prefer, you can also be referred to LGT through your GP, Mental Health Service or another organisation.

How much does Counselling/Psychotherapy cost?

We operate a non-set fee policy to ensure access to the service for all. This means a fee in line with your individual financial circumstances will be agreed with you at your initial appointment at the service. This fee applies to the initial appointment and each subsequent counselling/psychotherapy appointment.
