"Initially I was uncertain if counselling would help me, but as time passed, I began to heal my wounds and even more, I have become a more secure person. This came not only from the insight that my counsellor provided, but also the skills he has taught me to settle myself from within. I can't imagine that I would have found so much peace had I not attended counselling."

Sarah
